Models have figures to die for. And we know they work really hard to get that toned and runway ready body. For sure, they also have to watch what they eat. Food is an important part of their regimen to stay fit. But what do they eat? Do you ever wonder how to maintain a body like that?

Some have mentioned that they don’t ever skip breakfast, while others feed on protein to keep their muscles toned. Almost 95% of the time, they eat low carbohydrate food as veggies and meats. They also avoid processed food and eat only fresh and homemade. Comfort food is also important as work can be a little stressful. Adrian Lima started her career as a model for Victoria’s Secret in 2000. Even after getting married and having children, she maintains her supermodel figure and could still run a grand show. She usually a eats low carb diet. For breakfast, eggs are the best and protein shakes are always the choice for snacks.



2. Behati Prinsloo

Behati became an official angel in 2009. She has had a lot of campaigns for several well known clothing brands and has walked on runways for famous fashion lines. She always maintains a healthy diet of scrambled eggs, avocado and toast. These foods provide protein, vitamins and fiber.



3. Erin Heatherton

Heatherton started as an angel in 2010, but started as a model at only 17 years old. She has graced the covers of GQ magazines around the world. She makes sure she is eating a balanced diet. Granola, vegetables, protein and nuts are a must have.



4. Alessandra Ambrosio

Alessandra became an angel in 2004. She is now 34 years old, but has a figure to die for and has been really successful in her career. She eats healthy, but is not scared to add in some carbs like toast and some fruits. Green juice, vegetable salad, fish are her healthy choices.



5. Barbara Palvin

At 13, Palvin was discovered on the streets of her home city, Budapest, and from then she became the face of famous fashion magazines and fashion lines. She loves Hungarian food, and makes sure it’s part of her diet. So it’s chicken paprikash and Hungarian goulash that’s always on the menu.



6. Ieva Laguna

Laguna was on the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in 2011. She had graced the cover of Vogue magazine four times, and has since been successful in her modeling career. She prefers egg white omelet with tomatoes and mushrooms, smoked salmon on the side, for her healthy diet.



7. Cameron Russell

She started as a parttime model at 16 years old, and has continued walking on the runway for Victoria’s Secret, Prada, Chanel and Versace among others. She loves homemade granola and yogurt. They are both healthy and delicious choices.



8. Candice Swanepoel

Candice became an angel in 2012, and graced the cover of the Victoria’s Secret Swim Catalog a year later. Also in 2012, she was one of the top-earning models. She became the number 1 in Maxim’s Hot 100 list in 2014.  She loves her protein, bacon, eggs, coffee, orange juice and pancakes in the morning. 



9. Dorothea Barth

Dorothea has twice walked the runway for Victoria’s Secret, and frequently works with the brand. She has worked with several fashion magazines, fashion lines and advertisements as well. For her, green juices with kale, apple, ginger keep her healthy and is always part of her daily diet.



10. Jourdan Dunn

Jourdan started working as a model at 16 years old. She has walked three times for Victoria’s Secret, and has found success in campaigns for well known fashion magazines and clothing brands. She is also a host of a cooking show called Well Dunn. She enjoys comfort food like rose lamb dish and mac and cheese.
