Who’s your inspiration when it comes to fitness?

Since the age of four I’m a fan of Bruce Lee. So I wanted to be like him. I wanted to have all his qualities. Nobody ever asked me to stay fit or take care of my health. It was my own decision to be fit.


How much time do you spend in the gym?

I don’t spend that much time in the gym. I spend more time doing my martial arts and dancing. I go to the gym only four times in a week and I do maximum 45 minutes of exercise. Apart from that, I practice Parkour at the Juhu beach. I don’t have any trainer. I train with a bunch of boys. We all train together as long as people don’t come and bother me.


What’s your fitness regime like?

I do my martial art training, my dance training and weight training. But right now I’m busy so I’m running short of time to do all of them. I go to the gym in the morning and then in the evening alternately I do my martial art, gymnastic and dancing. I’m not into yoga at all. I love sports. If I wouldn’t have become an actor, I would have become a sportsperson.


Tell us about your food habits…

Anything that doesn’t have fat is good for me. Anything that is steamed I can eat. I love green vegetables. I have four-five meals a day. My first meal usually consists of eggs. Second meal I have fish and broccoli. And then I repeat those two meals.


What time do you wake up and go to sleep?

I usually wake up at 6.30 am and I go to sleep by 10pm.


What is fitness for you?

Being happy!

Who are the fittest actors according to you?

Hrithik Roshan and Shraddha Kapoor.
