Chiara Ferragni, social media guru, serial entrepreneur, and mastermind behind fashion blog, The Blonde Salad, has been named Pomellato Jewelry’s newest brand ambassador, joining the brand for its 2018 #PomellatoForWomen campaign.
“I’m so proud to join this campaign that represents everything that women can be—strong, capable, and fiercely independent,” Ferragni said in a statement. “And Pomellato’s unconventional style, along with the powerful perspective conveyed in each of Peter Lindbergh’s images, it’s just perfect chemistry.”
Lensed by iconic fashion photographer Peter Lindburgh, the campaign highlights a diverse set of “real” women such as French artist Anh Duong, nutritionist Rosemary Ferguson, brand advisor Helen Nonini, art curator Caroline Corbetta, model and visual artist Larissa Hofmann, and writer Pihla Hintikka in black-and-white portraits.
Lindburgh returned to photograph Ferrgni for the new campaign, in which Ferragni models the brand’s timeless Iconica and Nudo rings.
“What is refreshing is that Pomellato’s campaign represents women at their most authentic and natural, in their truest self-expression.” Lindburgh said. “What impressed me most about Chiara—and I was working with her for the first time— is her strong and vibrant personality, she embodies the future of the empowered femininity. In addition to raking in over 11 million followers on Instagram, Ferragni has transformed The Blonde Salad into a “magazine,” a talent agency, and an e-commerce shop. The mother-to-be has also launched her eponymous fashion line, Chiara Ferragni Collection, selling everything from ready to wear to shoes and accessories. The news comes on the heels of Ferragni’s new appointment as CEO and president of TBS Crew, which oversees The Blonde Salad, taking over from former business partner Riccardo Pizzoli last December. It goes without saying, but the Blonde Salad truly never stops.
